Getting Started as a Trader

Step 1: Create Your Account

📧 Contact Required: To create a trader account, please contact our support team who will provide you with registration access.

1. Once you receive registration access, visit the Trader Registration Page
2. Fill in your personal information (full legal name, email, phone)
3. Create a secure password
4. Verify your email address
5. Complete phone verification

Important: Use your legal name exactly as it appears on your tax documents to avoid verification delays.

Step 2: Download & Complete W9 Form

The W9 form is required for tax reporting purposes.

1. Download the form from your trader dashboard or the IRS website
2. Fill out all required fields completely
3. Sign and date the form
4. Save as a PDF file

Step 3: Prepare Your Photo ID

Acceptable IDs:

• Driver's License
• State ID Card
• U.S. Passport

Photo Requirements:

• Clear and readable text
• Good lighting (no shadows)
• No glare on the ID
• Full ID visible in frame
• Current/not expired

Step 4: Upload Your Documents

1. Log in to your trader account
2. Navigate to "Documents" section
3. Click "Upload Documents" tab
4. Upload your W9 form (PDF only, max 10MB)
5. Upload your Photo ID (JPEG, PNG, JPG, HEIC, HEIF, max 10MB)
6. Click the "Upload" buttons to submit

Step 5: Wait for Verification

Timeline:

• Immediate: You'll receive a submission confirmation email
• Within 24 hours: Initial review begins
• 2-3 business days: Verification complete
• Email notification: You'll be notified of your approval status

Document Status:

• Pending - Under review
• Approved - Verified and accepted
• Rejected - Needs resubmission (check email for details)
