Account Requirements
Eligibility Requirements:

Age: Must be 18 years or older

Location: Must be a U.S. resident with valid Social Security Number or Tax ID

Email: Valid email address for account verification
✓
Phone: Working phone number for two-factor authentication

Step-by-Step Signup Process
Step 1: Create Your Account
📧 Contact Required: To create a trader account, please contact our support team who will provide you with registration access.
- Once you receive registration access, visit the Trader Registration Page
- Enter your full legal name (as it appears on your tax documents)
- Provide a valid email address
- Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters, include numbers and symbols)
- Enter your phone number for verification
- Click "Create Account"
Step 2: Verify Your Email
- Check your email inbox for a verification message from Qasa
- Click the verification link in the email
- You'll be redirected to confirm your email is verified
Step 3: Complete Your Profile
- Log in to your new trader account
- Navigate to "Profile Settings"
- Fill in your business information (if applicable)
- Add your mailing address
- Verify your phone number via SMS code
💡 Pro Tip: Use the same legal name across all documents to avoid verification delays. Any mismatch between your account name, W9, and Photo ID will require manual review.

Document Requirements & Preparation
📄 W9 Tax Form
How to obtain:
- Download from your trader dashboard: "Documents" → "Download W9 Form"
- Or download directly from the IRS website
How to complete:
- Line 1: Enter your full legal name exactly as it appears on your tax returns
- Line 2: Business name (if different from Line 1) - leave blank if not applicable
- Line 3: Check the appropriate box for your tax classification (Individual, Sole proprietor, LLC, etc.)
- Line 4: Leave blank unless you have specific exemptions
- Line 5: Enter your complete address
- Line 6: Enter your city, state, and ZIP code
- Part I: Enter your Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number
- Part II: Sign and date the form
⚠️ Important: Your W9 form must be:
- Fully completed (no blank required fields)
- Signed and dated
- Saved as a PDF file
- Clear and readable (no blur or cuts)
- Under 10MB file size
🪪 Photo ID Requirements
Acceptable forms of identification:
Photo requirements:
- Take photo in good lighting (natural daylight works best)
- Ensure all text is clearly readable
- No shadows or glare covering information
- Include the entire ID in the frame
- Photo should be in focus (not blurry)
- Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, JPG, HEIC, HEIF
- Maximum file size: 10MB

Document Upload Process

Navigate to Documents Section
From your trader dashboard, click "Documents" in the sidebar

Click "Upload Documents" Tab
You'll see two upload sections: W9 Forms and Photo IDs

Upload Your W9 Form
Click "browse" or drag-and-drop your PDF file into the W9 upload area

Upload Your Photo ID
Click "browse" or drag-and-drop your image file into the Photo ID upload area

Review Your Uploads
Check that the correct files are selected before submitting

Click Upload Button
Click "Upload W9 Form" and "Upload Photo ID" to submit

Confirmation
You'll see a success message when files are uploaded successfully
💡 Track Your Documents: View all uploaded documents in the "My Documents" tab. You can check their status (Pending, Approved, or Rejected) at any time.

Account Verification & Timeline
What happens after you submit?
📧 Immediate: Submission Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirming we received your documents
⏳ Within 24 hours: Initial Review
Our team begins reviewing your submitted documents
📋 1-3 business days: Verification
Documents are verified for accuracy and completeness
✅ 2-3 business days: Approval Decision
You'll receive an email with your verification status
Possible Document Status:
- Pending: Document uploaded and awaiting review
- Approved: Document verified and accepted ✅
- Rejected: Document needs to be re-submitted (you'll receive specific instructions)
⚠️ Common Rejection Reasons:
- Unsigned or incomplete W9 form
- Name mismatch between documents
- Blurry or unreadable photos
- Expired identification
- Wrong file format

What Happens After Approval?
Once your documents are approved:

Your trader account will be fully activated

Access Trading Features
You can start trading immediately

You'll receive a welcome email with next steps

Tax Reporting
Your W9 information is now on file for tax purposes

Troubleshooting & Common Issues
Problem: Can't upload documents
Solutions:
- Check file size (must be under 10MB)
- Verify file format (PDF for W9, image formats for Photo ID)
- Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended)
- Check your internet connection
Problem: Documents rejected
Solutions:
- Read the rejection email carefully for specific reasons
- Ensure your W9 is completely filled out and signed
- Take a new photo of your ID in better lighting
- Verify name matches across all documents
Problem: Verification taking longer than expected
Solutions:
- Check your account status in the "My Documents" tab
- Ensure you've completed all required steps
- Contact support if it's been more than 5 business days
